Stop 1 of 7 · Today's guidance

Know what to do today, and why

Each morning one card gives the day's call and what it weighed: your plan, your recovery readings and any restriction you have declared.

  • The session from your plan, with its length and purpose
  • The readings it weighed: here readiness 80 and form +24.9, so the call was go
  • When a reading is missing, the card says so instead of guessing
The Today screen for the sample athlete World Champion. A banner reads: synthetic sample athlete, fictional data for demonstration. Today's call: aerobic swim, 50 minutes, from your plan. Daily brief: go. You are recovered, go and do the session as written. Readiness 80, form 24.9.

Stop 2 of 7 · Performance

See where your fitness stands

Fitness, fatigue, form, this week's training time and durability, each shown with what it was computed from.

  • Fitness, fatigue and form on one chart, with today's value for each
  • The time window, session count and sources under every number
  • Tap any number for the chart behind it

Enlarged chart from the Stats screen: three lines over about 13 weeks. Fitness rises from near 0 to about 72; fatigue runs above it and ends near 47; form runs below and ends near plus 25.
Enlarged from the second screen: Fitness (CTL), Fatigue (ATL) and Form (TSB) on one chart.
Sample athlete World Champion (made-up data). Real screens: Performance (first) and Stats (second), staging server, captured 26 Oct 2026. Fitness 71.8 is a 42-day weighted average of daily training load (CTL) from 47 sessions; fatigue 46.8 is the 7-day average (ATL); form +24.9 is fitness minus fatigue (TSB). The second screen draws all three on one chart.

Stop 3 of 7 · A race plan

Go into race day with a plan

A projected finish for your race, shown as a range with how it was drawn, then split by leg.

  • Your projected finish, leg by leg
  • Pacing targets for the bike and the run
  • How sure it is, and what it could not account for

The app's real projection for this sample athlete is wider, 4:01-5:02, because its record is short; a member's projection comes from their own record and says how sure it is.

Stop 4 of 7 · Decisions

Record your choices, then check back

Write down a training choice, what you hope to notice, and the day you will look at it again.

  • Only you can record, change or retire a decision
  • A coach you share decisions with can comment or suggest one; a suggestion waits until you record it or set it aside
  • The app says nothing about it until the day you pick

Stop 5 of 7 · Coach sharing

Share with a coach, on your terms

You decide what a human coach sees and for how long. Access can expire on a date you choose, and you can withdraw it at any time.

  • Activities, health, plan, and whether you have declared an injury or illness (yes or no, never the details)
  • Health is off unless you tick it
  • When you withdraw access, new processing for that coach stops
The Human coach access screen for World Champion. It explains that a coach gets a read-only code and sees only what the athlete ticks. A list titled Who can see what, right now, shows Sample Coach, a coach account, with what it can see and change.

Stop 6 of 7 · An example insight

Find the patterns in your own training

EnduroSync looks across your own sessions for patterns worth knowing, and says how many sessions each one rests on. Here is the kind of thing it can show.

  • Built from your own sessions, not population norms
  • Each one says what it rests on
  • With too few sessions, it says so instead

Example insight, sample athlete (synthetic data): illustrative numbers written for this tour

World Champion's best long runs came after two days' separation from a hard interval bike session.

Stop 7 of 7 · The free trial and the plans

Start with a free 7-day trial

The free trial is Analysis only, needs no card, and never converts to a paid plan by itself. When the 7 days end, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
